- Assist technical personnel in resolving computer/software problems.
- Check to see that your scanners and other electronic gadgets are clean, well-maintained, and functional.
- Work on projects that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring little judgement outside of stated processes but acknowledging the need for occasional deviations from accepted practice. Has a little or non-existent impact on decision-making.
- Viewing and validating sensitive or secret customer/client data; safeguarding the security of customer/client data and identities.
- Ensure that all customer and bank standards for operations, internal auditing and security, and general practices are followed.
- It is necessary to be familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel spreadsheets.
- Pay attention to the finer points. You’re in charge of audits, and you must be quite precise. At least 98 percent accuracy is required.
- A high school diploma is required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a similar field is preferred but not required.
- As needed, organizing paper formats, backups, and material source files
- In business databases, data must be input, updated, and checked.
- Ability to work well in a group.
- Intermediate computer skills are essential, as well as familiarity with Microsoft software.
- The person inputting the data must be able to communicate effectively with others.
- 7000+ accurate 10-key typing skills.
- Knowledge of web-based collaboration software.
