Job Description
The position of Inventory Specialist is currently open. The job entails maintaining inventory through the use of a range of log editing and preempting procedures. Additionally, the Inventory Specialist informs the station Sales Managers of inventory oversell and availability while trying to maximize daily inventory and income potential.

Qualifications:
- Maintains necessary files and paperwork; creates standard reports for management approval.
- Assists in the creation of physical inventories and their implementation.
- To determine inventory balance, price, and cost, gathers data on material, equipment, goods, or supplies received or supplied.
- It is necessary to have prior experience working in a fast-paced, professional, customer service-oriented team environment.
- This role receives, unpacks, and stores tools, equipment, and components by evaluating inventories, monitoring order points, making and expediting orders, and receiving, organizing, and storing goods.
- Handle material stock check calls, recording and transmitting any pertinent information.
- Visually inspects and measures tools and equipment for faults and wear, notifying the supervisor of any damage or wear.
- An identification tag, stamp, or electric marking device can all be used to label and identify tools and equipment.
- Communicate with shipping or inventory coordinators, department managers, and internal and external clients to address problems with material stock inventory levels.
- To find cost-cutting possibilities, manipulates par levels, reorders points/min/max, and minimize holding costs.
Skills:
- Effective communication, interpersonal skills, organizational ability, understanding of good body mechanics, safety precautions, and infection control, ability to follow directions, and knowledge of section-specific test information and instruments may be necessary.
- It is necessary to be able to operate machinery, such as pallet jacks.
- Reading, writing, and comprehending items written in the English language, such as safety rules, procedure manuals, and operating and maintenance instructions.
- You should be acquainted with computer maintenance management systems.
- Two years of equivalent work experience in a Material Management function is strongly preferred (e.g. inventory, distribution, etc.).
