Part-Time Real Estate Asset Manager – Doha
Job Description
The Asset Manager will report directly to the Principal of Development and be in charge of all operational elements of all ongoing projects. There are a number of responsibilities that fall within the Asset Manager’s purview. We’re looking for someone who’s self-motivated, meticulous, and able to handle many tasks at once. It is also necessary to have excellent communication abilities, both verbally and in writing.

Qualifications:
- Develop and execute strategic business strategies for each asset that will control the asset’s daily operations, market position, and eventual sale.
- All loans are checked for affordability and Business Development refinancing opportunities, with special attention paid to pre-payable, balloon, and maturing loans.
- Maximize the efficiency and return on investment of currently underused technology assets.
- It is important to account for all aspects of an asset’s life cycle when modeling it, from acquisition through eventual disposal. In charge of budgeting, planning, and forecasting for the whole year.
- The Public Works Department should adopt a strategic and practical strategy to spreading knowledge about asset management and best practices, including software training.
- Keep an eye on and analyze data related to corporate hardware from the time it’s requisitioned to the time it’s retired. To that end, devise and put into action strategies and procedures.
- Assist investors in making decisions regarding capital expenditures and payouts by providing them with cash flow forecasts. Monitor your escrow and working capital accounts to ensure that they are adequately financed.
- Oversee the company’s current tenant relationships in order to guarantee that great service is provided. When negotiating leases for high-profile tenants, having a strong network of leasing agents, attorneys, and bankers on your side may be quite useful..
- Assembling and disseminating information to county workers and the general public. The county’s representative on numerous boards, committees, and organizations dealing with infrastructure asset management may be allocated to this position.
- Asset data, such as serial numbers and tags, must be accurately, comprehensively, and auditably recorded in a configuration management database (CMDB).
Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of the procurement process, from start to finish.
- Work with word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations, among other computer software packages. Must know Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as the internet.
- There is a five-year minimum work experience requirement for this position, as well as a one-year supervisory experience requirement. Alternatively, you may have a similar mix of education and experience that gives you with the knowledge and skills needed for the job.
