Full-Time PT Customer Lead – El-Alamein
The Client Service Lead is responsible for offering a high level of client participation and guaranteeing customer satisfaction from the initial product inquiry through the post-delivery of the product. The incumbent’s key responsibilities will include contract evaluation, order entry, coordination with application engineering, planning, and production departments, as well as providing exceptional customer service assistance. We’re looking for someone who can assist our clients, provide sales assistance, and work with other departments including production, planning, and application engineering. The ideal candidate for this role will have past expertise with customer service and ERP systems.

- Use your expertise and skills to deliver accurate responses to customer queries while adhering to all scripts, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure first-contact resolution by fixing problems and managing emails properly.
- Customer complaints should be forwarded to the appropriate internal or external contacts.
- Enhance and expand an existing knowledge base.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls courteously, promptly, and professionally.
- In suitable systems/spreadsheets, accurately document and process customer claims.
- Keep track of your attendance and work schedule.
- It’s important to process refunds or deliver replacements.
- Observe all privacy and personal information policies.
- Attend meetings and trainings to keep up to date on changes to programme knowledge, systems, and procedures, as well as review all new training material.
- The Microsoft Office Suite and tools should be accessible.
- 2+ years working in a retail or ecommerce-related profession or sector.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities, as well as a keen sense of detail, are needed.
- Must be self-motivated and capable of moving, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines on their own.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or an area closely linked to it is desirable.
