Job Description

Your role as a Customer Service Lead is to provide excellent customer service by detecting and addressing customer issues. You will also serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to assist Customer Service Agents with their inquiries. On occasion, the Customer Service Lead will help with inbound customer calls, providing assistance with queries and concerns regarding our service. He or she must be able to listen to customers’ needs and respond to them on the first call.

Qualifications:

  • Comply with regulations governing the handling of confidential and personal information.
  • Adhere to all attendance and work schedule regulations.
  • Document and handle client claims properly in the right systems/spreadsheets.
  • Customers complaining should be forwarded to the proper internal or external partners.
  • Employ your expertise and training to deliver accurate responses to client queries while following all scripts, policies, and procedures.
  • Refunds and replacements must be processed quickly.
  • Fixing problems and organizing emails appropriately will ensure first-contact resolution.
  • Attend meetings and trainings to stay current on changes to programme knowledge, systems, and processes, and examine all new training material.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with courtesy, promptness, and professionalism.
  • Expand and strengthen the information base that already exists.

Skills:

  • 2+ years working in a retail or ecommerce-related profession or sector.
  • It is required that the Microsoft Office Suite and tools be utilized.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as meticulous attention to detail, are required.
  • Individuals that are self-motivated and capable of moving, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines on their own are essential.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a field closely related to these fields is required.
