Qualifications:
- Makes appropriate recommendations for surgeries that cannot be done at the institution.
- Help the medical director (CMO) regularly treat patients by working together.
- The use of certified electronic health records (EHRs) may improve patient care, increase care coordination, and promote population and public health while protecting patient privacy.
- Compiles all necessary records and creates thorough reports in accordance with payer and/or Department of Labor guidelines, which include evaluation results, treatments provided assessment of patient response to therapy and treatment plan, and other relevant information.
- Communication skills that are both effective and compassionate with patients are essential for every healthcare professional.
- Conduct routine check-ups on patients to assess their health and identify any potential problems.
- Mid-level providers (nurse practitioners and physician assistants, including services for women’s health) are under your supervision.
- Through education and counselling, provide preventative and health maintenance treatment, such as yearly physicals, good health practices, and self-care skills.
- Assess and treat ED, PE, and male sexually related health disorders utilizing medical methods developed by the medical director.
- Support a team-developed and -maintained complete clinical treatment paradigm aimed at helping obese patients accomplish their weight reduction objectives.
Skills:
- You should have at least two (2) years of experience working in outpatient primary care.
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR)
- Current, valid medical license in the state where services are supplied (in good standing) or eligibility for licensure in the state where services are delivered.
- Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities are required.
- Family medicine, occupational or preventive medicine, internal medicine, emergency medicine, or PM&R board certification is desirable. Experience in Occupational Medicine is desired.
