Job Description
We are seeking an organized E-Commerce manager to handle the company’s E-Commerce platform. The E-Commerce Manager will be accountable for monitoring and managing the Company’s Direct to Consumer business in its entirety, including but not limited to website administration, social media management, research and development, weekly financials and inventory management, and marketing. They will be responsible for the management, coordination, and development of the following areas and will report to the Marketing Manager.

Qualifications:
- Project management includes clearly defining the scope and objectives of the project, meeting deadlines, managing time, contingency planning, budgeting, organization and vendor capabilities, and tracking/monitoring procedures.
- Offering indicators such weekly and monthly sales by division, new product sell-through and offer code performance analyzation and reporting
- Collaborate with internal and external teams (Creative, SEO, Marketing, and Development) to define feature requirements, track progress, conduct user acceptance testing, and deploy new features.
- This person’s primary areas of interest include e-commerce, data security, web hosting, and digital and direct marketing operations.
- By planning, executing, and monitoring assigned marketing tasks, ensures that they are performed on time and within budget.
- Improving our online store’s revenue by integrating sales-related expertise, industry standards, and the latest technological advances.
- Assists with E-Commerce yearly planning and budgeting, including new web development requirements and platform maintenance.
- Manages all e-commerce websites’ web creation, maintenance, hosting, and firewall protection. Manages and manages the activities of external web development firms and internal IT resources.
- Establish and manage links between merchants and retailers, as well as software integrations, to guarantee that an online retail platform’s daily operations run smoothly.
- Maintain product catalog correctness and take responsibility for it (copy, photography, category & navigation, metadata, content optimization, MAP policy).
Skills:
- A bachelor’s degree in a subject related to your career goals is a minimum requirement.
- years of online selling experience and / or in an auction environment that involved the sales of collectible items is preferred.
- The candidate should possess a strong sense of leadership as well as a persistent drive to learn and improve his abilities.
- analytical abilities honed via use of technologies like Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
- Extensive knowledge in digital marketing and analytics, e-commerce order fulfillment, distribution/shipping, fraud detection/loss prevention, and payment gateway integration.
