We need a Digital Media Specialist to help our Acquisition Manager build our subscriber base. This Media Specialist will manage sponsored search, paid social, affiliate network, and direct partnership execution, optimization, and reporting. This job will ensure campaigns are correctly set up and analyze outcomes and plans. Assist with billing enquiries and month-end accruals, troubleshoot tracking/pixels and keep numerous teams aware of overall growth plan. For example, Amazon Ads, TikTok, Google Shopping, YouTube and Snapchat are growth/test channels. Expertise in programmatic is a plus but

Qualifications:
- Attitudes and concerns are investigated using digital assets. IT professionals and business leaders must work together to solve complicated problems. It is feasible to improve collaborative activities and processes by finding and documenting unique techniques.
- Customers can use call and conversion tracking to figure out what needs to be changed in the campaign. A Digital Marketing Manager should send reports to clients at least once every three months, or more often if they need to.
- Make ensuring that the information on a website is search engine friendly, accessible, and that the links operate (quality assurance). Web metrics may be used to assess the success of marketing campaigns and other initiatives.
- The ability to read literature, novels, reviews, scientific or technical publications, abstracts, financial reports, and/or legal documents is necessary. Such training is often only available to those who have completed a four-year college degree. However, it may be learned by practice and self-study.
- A/B test ideas must be generated and implemented on a regular basis. By spotting important patterns and concepts, you may assist the digital team in preparing for the next test.
- Many social media sites, like Facebook and Instagram, may be used to set up and administer sponsored campaigns.
- There is, at best, a lack of direction. Employees are often expected to carry out their given tasks on their own, with management’s aid only when necessary. You have the option to see the final output if you so want.
- Working collaboratively with the company’s digital analytics team, give reports, analysis and recommendations for sponsored social advertising. It’s important to verify that campaign reports are still accurate and current.
- Ad agencies, paid digital platforms, and affiliate/incentivized traffic may all benefit from utilizing the Acquisition Manager.
- Internal and external clients are served through immediately responding to inquiries. At all levels, communicates the organization’s goals to the general public, the media, other organizations, and government bodies.

- Candidates must participate in social media advertising or other kinds of digital media marketing, such as digital display, during their first year on the job.
- Two years’ experience in digital marketing, internet/intranet website design or maintenance, or social media strategy, as well as business writing experience in a creative setting.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and technical abilities are required for this role.
