Overseeing and managing complicated Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program efforts; fulfilling comprehensive client work goals; working as an intermediary between clients; organizing operations and addressing difficulties are just some of the duties of the Program Analyst, who will be tasked with this role.

Qualifications:
- Maintain current knowledge on legislative and policy changes impacting the government’s attitude and reactions in subject areas relevant to the country or region.
- Recognize and recommend successful modifications for nation programs that engage either directly or indirectly with the country in issue, whether they do so via third parties or multilateral groups
- Documentation of specific activities, processes, and procedures should be supplied as how-to/Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation after an investigation of current practices.
- you need to have a lot of experience in evaluating and evaluating things to change or come up with new ways to look at detailed findings and measure progress.
- In addition to budgeting methods and approaches for generating assessments of resource requirements, organizations and managers may use these techniques to carry out a broad range of long-term research and initiatives.
- Providing daily customer assistance to the IT business management office, generating customer briefings and reports including sophisticated program/project financial data and other complex contract, project or business related elements.
- Choose and use qualitative and quantitative methods, procedures, and systems to find out how well the structure of an organization works, how well managers do their jobs, and how well administrators do their jobs.
- Monitor political shifts, terrorist threats, dynamics in the security sector, human rights situations, and administrative management challenges that may have an impact on the ability to carry out counter-terrorism assistance and/or capacity-building programs, and take appropriate action when necessary.
- The present management and program guidelines should be examined to see whether clarity is required.
- Observation and personal interviews are among the methods used to gauge the nations’ political stability, security, and danger.
Skills:
- Understanding the policy implications of a certain issue, initiative, or development in a given geographic or functional specialized area is an essential skill for any professional.
- To ensure that all new recruits are eligible for work, federal law mandates that DHS utilize the E-Verify System, and any inconsistencies found by the system are grounds for dismissal if they are not corrected.
- A comprehensive understanding of how to design complicated projects and programs that are critical to the firm. Project and program objectives, goals, and deadlines are all included in this.
- Experience working in a PMO or BMO for at least two years is required (e.g. financial management, schedule management, risk management, communications management)
- In the foreign policy and intelligence sectors, the focus is on developing cooperation at all levels is necessary in order to transfer crucial information across the two areas of activity.
