The Music Producer is in control of the project and is responsible for leading the team and artists in the development and production of all musical elements. Candidates should be creative thinkers who can handle themselves independently but also contribute effectively to a tight-knit team and share the company’s aesthetic values.

Qualifications:

• To assist in carrying out all musical performances, management of the music staff.
• Plan out and oversee the execution of the project’s timeline, budget, and cost estimates while keeping an eye on spending and development to ensure adherence to the budgeted spending level.
• Regular requirements include taking part in opportunity evaluations and developing new audio.
• Act producing and creative direction as needed.
• Arrange and negotiate all license and sync rights as needed with music publishers, labels, and other parties.
• Work on the budget with the line producer, supervising producer, and musical acts.
• The function of Music Producer is one of intense teamwork, requiring constant communication and coordination between numerous individuals and departments.
• By meeting with managers, publicists, and labels and attending events, etc., one can cultivate ties with them.
• Gather sound bites and whole episodes of shows, concerts, and interviews to utilize in your presentation.
• This individual must also be able to make suggestions and designs, adhere consistently to set norms, and communicate effectively.

Skills:

• Demonstrated ability to bring big ideas for innovative ways to produce music for both broadcast and digital.
• the capacity to manage several goals within time constraints and select priorities.
• The ability and willingness to connect and collaborate with other teams on the show and book guests outside of the realm of music (such as celebrities, newsmakers, and athletics).
• Booking and producing experience at a late night, daytime, or morning variety show or at a record label is highly desirable.
• Previous management experience and the ability to coach and create teamwork are required.
