Full-Time Production Associate – Khajuraho
Job Description
The Production Associate’s major role will be to ensure that Spectrum’s award-winning content is published on spectrumnews.org and other platforms, such as newsletters. The Production Associate will work closely with the Multimedia Director and Copy Chief to ensure that the Company’s high production values are maintained and elevated, as well as with the rest of the team to ensure that the Company reaches its specialized audience, which includes neuroscientists, clinicians, geneticists, and policymakers.

Qualifications:
- Maintain good working connections with the underwriting, closing, and asset management teams, as well as with outside agency investors.
- Manage the integration of diamond video and picture sites, including new supplier onboarding and ensuring that our criteria are satisfied.
- Execute e-commerce site content updates and projects, such as product uploads and pricing modifications.
- At least one online training, as well as any relevant in-house trainings, should be completed each year.
- The Production Associate is responsible for following the correct procedures in order to manufacture finished goods.
- Troubleshoot, report, and QA website faults including products and back-end functionality in coordination with internal teams and the development team.
- It is necessary to be familiar with Microsoft Office, eXtyles, Adobe, ProofCentral, and PTS (basic level).
- Assist with the creation, design, and editing of print and interactive collateral, such as proposals, offering memorandums, graphics/covers, flyers, maps, aerials, logos, floor plans, photos, presentation graphic/charts, and end bound volumes, among other things.
- Work closely with the development team to write specifications and manage the implementation and quality assurance of the digital experience’s content and functions.
- To ensure project completion on time and a better overall digital customer experience, collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design.
Skills:
- Outstanding organizational, verbal, written, and e-social abilities and knowledge.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a culinary degree is preferred.
- WordPress and Mailchimp are two content management systems and marketing and outreach platforms to be familiar with.
- Extremely well-organized, with a strong focus on project ownership from start to finish.
- You should be familiar with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and PowerPoint.
