Job Description
The Product Specialist maintains internal product data, runs reports, and analyzes data to support the business choices of Product Managers and the Category Management team. Back orders, discontinuances, product transitions, and replacements are all topics of conversation between Distribution and Operations teams.

Qualifications:
- As the ‘voice of the customer’ participate in the creation and prioritization of the advertising solutions product road map.
- People who work on projects about manufacturer back orders, replacements, and product transitions are in charge of these projects. Coordination and communication with the Operations team is what this person does to make the project plan work.
- In some cases, go to customers’ places to do repairs, help them with repairs, or direct them on how to start up their products. This is to make sure that the company’s products are repaired and/or serviced correctly and quickly.
- Ownership of the issue from first customer contact until call resolution, including supporting escalations if necessary and giving updates to the consumer.
- Throughout the year, we compile a list of all the things we’d want to provide. All KOB material is included in this list, including duplicates, out-of-dates, and low-value items.
- Assists in acquiring a comprehensive grasp of the product’s market, rivals, consumer wants, distribution methods, and the company’s offerings
- An understanding of relevant product offerings, scope paperwork, and departmental norms and procedures is necessary for the provision of accurate client solutions.
- The go-to-market strategy for mass solution adoption and the summarization of large volumes of information into brief product documentation are supported by this role.
- as one of the many specialists involved in the introduction of a new product, For example, you may be requested to provide client presentations on a regular basis, in addition to controlling SKU and price, as well as reviewing ROI models.
