Job Description

The Associate Product Manager’s primary responsibility is to assist a Product Manager (Senior Product Manager or Product Manager) with correct scope definition (functional requirements and acceptance criteria) and delivery for assigned client engagements. This job is very hands-on, and it helps our Product Managers identify and build solutions based on data-driven insights, research, and actionable routes to execution, which adds commercial value to our customers. Additionally, the Associate Product Manager will help with requirements creation, market research, competitive analysis, and analytics reporting.

  • Customers and product teams must collaborate closely to identify and record customer requirements and options (engineering, customer success, operations, etc.

  • Design and provide high-quality products and services with the help of technical teams in order to improve client satisfaction.
  • To meet corporate goals, establish and execute a complete portfolio/product plan that includes product specifications, price strategy, and launch logistics. Driving or participating in the process for the business area annual operating plan; developing and implementing tactics; evaluating tactic performance with metrics through business reviews; and effectively utilizing and communicating with internal partners and/or external agencies are some of the responsibilities.
  • Gather, verify, and record client-specific functional and non-functional requirements in user stories, acceptance criteria, user flows, data flows, and annotations to help engineers execute new development items.
  • The creation of a company’s products, sales, and marketing, as well as financial planning and coordination, all need coordination if it is to be a success.
  • Those who are unfamiliar with the competitive environment may benefit from an overview of major outcomes and trends from competitive research, when possible, using data.
  • Make that releases and release candidates meet functional requirements, and report any problems with precise instructions to rebuild them.

  • Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a science-related subject and at least four years of experience solving issues or doing analyses in order to be considered.
