The Production Coordinator is responsible for a wide range of tasks in support of the Production Manager and wider teams, including but not limited to: monitoring production progress, coordinating production schedules and communications, creating and maintaining production tools, and assisting with a variety of training and education initiatives. One of the main responsibilities of this position is to coordinate closely with the Production Managers in order to monitor and direct the expanding production opportunities across our worldwide content slate. To assist us develop more effective procedures, we need someone who can make an immediate impact, thinks ahead, is really interested in a wide range of production and support areas, and questions established wisdom. A excellent communicator with sound judgment and initiative is needed for this fast-paced and high-stakes position.

- Collaborates with the Director of Operations and truck/crew suppliers to guarantee sufficient manpower and all necessary equipment for events.
- Contribute to the development of internal project management tools and presentations to promote the adoption of new techniques, frameworks, and technology as they relate to Production inside the firm.
- reporting production music cue sheets and keeping track of team and network production schedules.
- Track and maintain virtual production weekly reports and milestones, keeping stakeholders apprised of status.
- Organize and manage numerous internal and external workflows such as budgeting, talent acquisition/hiring, calendaring, talent onboarding, contracting, production/post production status, and delivery.
- Working on the Production and VFX team allows you to participate in the development of the company’s culture of inquiry and self-disciplined proactive duty, while also fostering close collaboration between your department and those in charge of Physical Production and Animation.
- Organizes the compilation and delivery of the event documentation, as well as all other production-related tasks for the network’s professional and other productions.
- Contribute generally to a wide range of pre-production, production, and delivery support tasks as required.
- In the realm of virtual production and VFX, it is important to push for the development of internal systems and tracking software. It’s important to deal with requests for enhancements whenever they arise.
- Carry out studies to support initiatives to better align technology partners with cross-vertical production teams.
- Experience as a Coordinator in VFX, Production, Gaming, and/or Studio is preferred.
- Capable of working in a dynamic setting, juggling multiple projects at once (from development through delivery).
- Honest excitement about the current state of production and the potential of the media industry.
- Ability to think ahead and come up with creative solutions to problems, along with excellent organizing abilities.
- Knowledge with Microsoft Office is required, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
