Qualifications:
- Maintain good operational order for the practice’s use of all shared office equipment, and notify the facilities manager of any problems. Maintain office supplies and make sure that needs, such as things for the break room, are always available.
- File customer information, gather data for reports, and write letters as required by the firm’s advisor.
- Serving as front desk support, including greeting customers and guests, answering phones in a friendly manner, directing callers to the right department, and taking detailed messages when necessary are all part of your responsibilities as a customer service representative.
- As quickly as possible, read through all incoming and outgoing electronic mail, answer to any questions or concerns, and follow up on any action items.
- Trades in equities and fixed-income instruments are recorded in the books via trading-to-accounting software.
- For marketing, scheduling, reporting, and fee tracking purposes, it is important to keep all client data up-to-date in the contact management system and contact database.
- Properly dispose of client information; ensure appropriate handling of all outdated and unnecessary information through shredding on a regular basis.
- Create and maintain client files, as well as necessary reports and databases, in line with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Your primary responsibilities as a member of the deal team will be to source potential investments, conduct the necessary due diligence, and draft investment memoranda for fund investments and co-investments.
- Account opening, account closing, power of attorney, trading authorization, life insurance and annuity account linking, completing registrations, and fulfilling service requests are all part of the client service process.
Skills:
- 1-2 years’ experience in finance or any related field, including billing, accounting, purchasing, mathematics, etc.
- Completed college courses and relevant job experience will be considered in lieu of a degree if the candidate does not have one.
- Work autonomously and efficiently under time constraints in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with Redtail, Orion, Morningstar, MoneyGuidePro, and Wells Fargo Advisors is highly desired.
- experience successfully managing clients or providing excellent customer service. It would entail identifying problems faced by customers and providing/launching effective solutions.
