  • This role encompasses the complete strategy and execution of the supply chain management function, as well as the planning and direction of the company’s activities and operations.
  • Collaborate with the Purchasing Manager and the Senior Supply Chain Planning Manager to attain appropriate inventory levels and, ultimately, to increase customer service/satisfaction.
  • Resolve client issues and issues with the company’s products and services. Customer concerns about product quality or manufacturing should be brought to the attention of the proper authorities.
  • Organize and manage the warehouse function, which involves receiving raw materials, delivering finished goods, and organizing both in the warehouse.
  • identify and seek chances for continuous improvement in order to speed up the process and enhance accuracy and efficiency in the operation.
  • Implementing and maintaining an effective and accurate physical inventory system, including ERP transaction accuracy, physical inventory events, and cycle counting as required.
  • Create reports and presentations to assist management comprehend the logistics viewpoint by keeping accurate data.
  • It’s part of the job description to instruct, train, achieve objectives, meet deadlines, accomplish tasks requested by management, and receive incremental penalties for poor performance.
