- Communicates with other municipal agencies and authorities on the Director’s behalf via the phone, which may need addressing a wide range of queries with tact and discretion.
- Serve as a personal assistant by organizing, initiating, and seeing that clerical, secretarial, and administrative office chores are completed. Predicts and anticipates the operational requirements of the Deputy Superintendent and Superintendent Office.
- Harmony, cohesion, and communication can only be achieved when all sections of the company work together naturally.
- Provide administrative help, such as composing and editing emails, producing memoranda, preparing meeting agendas, and other communications on the SVP behalf.
- Involve various strategic, programmatic and tactical contributions in order to set up and maintain company-wide tools and activities that support the overall objectives of the organization.
- help in running the office smoothly on a daily basis. These duties include receiving guests, ensuring the cleanliness of the meeting rooms, and helping with other tasks that may be assigned to them.
