- Make sure the office is secure from intruders and up to par with the company’s standards for business continuity.
- executes a wide variety of secretarial, administrative, record-keeping, bookkeeping, file-reviewing, and support duties.
- Manage all aspects of the workplace, including the recruiting and supervision of office personnel and the scheduling of secretaries and conference room assistants (mail, document reproduction and hospitality)
