Qualifications:
- Keeps tabs on employees’ time cards, projects, and reviews to ensure everything runs well.
- Keeps track of the branch’s finances by handling billing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Manage all aspects of the workplace, including the recruiting and supervision of office personnel and the scheduling of secretaries and conference room assistants (mail, document reproduction and hospitality)
- Tasks in the areas of administration, clerical work, record keeping, accounting, file reviewing, and assistance are carried out.
- Maintain a well-organized workplace that can meet the company’s needs for ongoing operations.
- Responds to questions from the public and explains how the department functions. In this capacity, you may occasionally need to advocate for a certain strategy with higher-ups.
- Creates mail, reports, and other written materials; processes forms; answers questions; provides advice; plans and organizes meetings; and performs other high-level administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain buildings and coordinate repair efforts with tenants, maintenance crews, and other building staff. Communicate with local property management.
- Belongs to the company’s administrative operations team, which develops and implements strategies to better serve the company’s internal and external customers.
- Hold regular workplace events and activities, such as client and company development events and charitable projects, for the benefit of staff.
