  • Supervise facility upkeep; serve as liaison with local property management while collaborating with building personnel and internal connections as needed.
  • Complex clerical duties are carried out, such as typing messages and reports, processing forms, answering questions, making referrals, and setting up meetings.
  • As a member of the firm’s administrative operations team, you’ll be asked to take part in a number of initiatives aimed at better serving the company’s internal and external clientele.
  • performs a wide variety of secretarial, administrative, record-keeping, accounting, file-reviewing, and support duties as needed.
  • Maintain office security protocol and guarantee that the office fulfills the firm’s business continuity requirements.
  • Supervises and oversees workers, including scheduling, time cards, and employee evaluations.
  • Manage all aspects of office operations, including the provision of support services by office workers, conference center personnel, and practice assistants (secretarial) (mail, document reproduction and hospitality)
  • Set up and run regular company events including networking and charity functions.
  • Attends to inquiries from the general public on the department’s policies, programs, and procedures; while doing so, may need to make a case for a certain course of action to management.
  • Maintains office services through the assignment and monitoring of clerical tasks, management of communications, creation of filing systems, review and approval of supply requests, and other similar activities.


  • Competence in multitasking and setting priorities in a high-pressure, high-detail setting.
  • A calm composure in the face of competing demands and short deadlines.
  • Excellent familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and a demonstrated capacity for learning and applying new technological concepts rapidly.
  • Proven senior-level management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A minimum of seven years’ experience in management at a professional services firm of medium or larger size, in addition to a bachelor’s degree.
