We are looking for a manager of a dental office with expertise. This position will be in charge of the practice they work for’s general effectiveness and patient experience. Candidates must have strong understanding of the dentistry sector and experience in team management, operations, insurance, and other related areas for this highly dynamic position.

Qualifications:
- Assist in the growth of the profession by employing various forms of advertising.
- works together with the HR team to determine staffing needs and develop policies for hiring and discharging employees.
- Create and suggest initiatives for expanding your practice’s efficiency, customer loyalty, and bottom line.
- Examine and organize the office’s processes, such as bookkeeping, invoicing, cash management, payroll, and more.
- Gaining market share, increasing sales, and maximizing profits while maintaining a positive, proactive demeanor
- Maintain complete command of the workplace by watching over its various working parts.
- Examines patient charts, making adjustments and publishing them as appropriate.
- Helping employees learn and grow so that they can confidently exhibit understanding of the company’s operations, processes, and protocols.

- Working together with the head dentist and the rest of the team to improve their clinical and managerial prowess
Skills:
- Acquired via personal study and research expertise in the relevant systems and technology.
- Preferably with a high school graduation or above; prior managerial experience in a dental clinic.
- a deep understanding of all the components, specifications, and processes involved in dentistry.
- 3 years at least in a management position in the medical field.
- Internally and with patients, demonstrates the capacity to develop partnerships.
