  • Throughout the fiscal year, you are responsible for all aspects of accounting, including data entry, payroll, invoicing, credits, inventory, billing, and production reporting.
  • Maintaining files and records ensures that information is both up to date and easily accessible.
  • Make use of the office’s photocopiers, printers, etc., as well as the computer for document and spreadsheet creation, etc.
  • Help with administrative and office support tasks such as maintaining office records and employee files and fielding routine questions about company policy.
  • Collaboration is defined as working with other people to help a team or group complete its tasks.
  • Carry out administrative and clerical tasks as directed and in accordance with established protocols.
  • To make sure the Support Office is running smoothly, you’ll need to take care of typical office administration tasks like answering phones, filing documents, and cleaning up after yourself.
  • Standard office practices include printing, scanning, and updating documents. Make notes about how the building is used and store them away.
  • Respond to customer communications in an accurate and timely manner and investigate and resolve customer complaints.
  • Keep an eye on the supply of paper clips, stationary, and other office essentials, and let management know if they start running low.


  • Proven track record of success in a clerical or administrative role.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting and office procedures.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills are an asset in many settings, including those with customers, truck drivers, office workers, and management.
  • the capacity to research and comprehend the haulage and carpet padding industries.
  • A quick typist with stenography and dictation experience.
