Full-Time Merchandising Specialist – Sipocot
Job Description
The major goal of this function is to support merchandising operations and achieve operational excellence in the division. Assisting in the creation of online content and ensuring the accuracy of the stocking matrix for new and remerch stores. The MS is the key point of contact for retailers and suppliers, and works closely with Marketing, Online, Supply Chain, Accounting, and Pricing.

Qualifications:
- make data-based suggestions for content performance, ideas and optimization easy to accomplish. Look at how well your product has done in the past and how well it is performing today to determine which content pillars will help you sell your product.
- You can be certain that your efforts will be both successful and inventive if you keep up with the latest advances in digital content creation (such as new channels and technology).
- To promote innovation and optimization, identify A/B Testing possibilities based on a study of site data. (Establish hypotheses and KPIs, supervise the successful setup and execution of all A/B Tests, and offer a next step recommendation based on results.)
- Assist with data analysis to find and recommend strategic changes to the shopping experience that will improve customer engagement, drive revenue, and increase conversions, among other things.
- Bring together internal and external agencies to plan and execute the development of content at both the top and bottom of a page (where appropriate). These include new product introductions and seasonal portfolio adjustments in collaboration with Brand.
- Participate both retroactively and proactively in catalog attribute structure development and the acquisition of crucial product information from the supplier base.
- To get the best possible creative output that is on brand and in accordance with the overall strategy and brand standards, work closely with external agencies to provide them with information about strategy and requirements.
- In order to bring successful collaborative projects to conclusion and provide a consistent customer experience across all contact points, teams from Category Management, Product Management, User Experience, Brand, and Marketing should collaborate on them.
- Collaborate with partners both internal and external to ensure that our brand’s message is consistent regardless of where our consumers come into contact with us via each channel.
- Taxonomy/categorization/filter navigation strategies may be developed and used across owned channels as well as those of retailers.

- Accomplished problem-solver with shown ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and come up with new solutions.
- The capacity to successfully communicate with all stakeholders, including senior management, both orally and in writing is an absolute must for anybody in this position.
