Job Description
The Merchandising Specialist will be an integral part of the team. This person is in charge of all elements of the production and delivery of product content across all media channels. Priorities for him or her will include boosting conversions through relevant content and improving our online selling story. This individual is a self-starter, a good communicator, and a self-starter in a remote role that requires initiative.

Qualifications:
- Always remain on top of the most recent digital content trends as well as the latest in channel innovations, best practices, tools and strategies.
- To promote innovation and optimization, identify A/B Testing possibilities based on analysis of site data (create hypotheses and key performance indicators, supervise effective setup and execution of all A/B Tests, and submit a next step proposal based on the results).
- Customer engagement, revenue, and conversion might all benefit from deliberate alterations to the shopping process.
- Collaborate with colleagues in Category Management, Product Management, User Experience, Brand, and Marketing to bring successful collaborative projects to a close and create a consistent customer experience across all touch points.
- Work with internal and external partners to design and maintain content standards per channel, ensuring that our brand’s message is consistent no matter where our customers contact with us.
- Using category and consumer activity data, create a taxonomy, classification, and filter navigation strategy and give recommendations across owned and retailer channels.
- Bring together internal and external agencies to plan and execute the development of content at both the top and bottom of a page (where appropriate). These include new product introductions and seasonal portfolio adjustments in collaboration with Brand.
- Cooperate closely with outside agencies in order to brief on strategy and needs and to offer constructive, directed input that will lead to the greatest creative output that is in line with the brand and the plan.
- can make data-based recommendations for content performance, ideas, and optimization by making it easier for them to do so. Determine which content pillars will help you sell your product by looking at how well it has done in the past and how well it is doing now.
- Participate both retroactively and proactively in catalog attribute structure development and the acquisition of crucial product information from the supplier base.
