Qualifications:
- Faxes, mail, messages, and parcels are processed and residents are notified of their arrival. Make it easier for visitors to send faxes and goods via the mail.
- Empowers individuals with up-to-date information about services and forthcoming events by keeping abreast of industry developments. Establishes and maintains regular contact with relevant sources of data. Organizes resident dining, theater, and leisure plans.
- It’s vital to get along with coworkers since they shape how tourists see you.
- Anyone from your company, family, or network passing through or searching for employment in the region would be grateful for a warm greeting. Depending on the sector, provide visitors with information on where they want to go.
- When it comes to arranging and implementing social and recreational activities for the residents, the manager is the one in charge.
- Safe working conditions are maintained by preventing accidents by protecting equipment and ensuring safe working procedures.
- On a regular basis, inspect and coordinate with the service team or other Associates to ensure that all community facilities and common spaces are well-kept in order to preserve the community’s curb appeal.
- Residents’ questions and requests are handled, packages are stored and delivered when requested, and the property is open to approved guests and suppliers.
- Make sure regular requests are followed up on and residents and service team members have a point of contact for routine and emergency repairs. To get aid in an emergency, call a professional.
- Protects both people and property by investigating suspicious activity and monitoring security cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, and building alarms.
Skills:
