The Healthcare Administrator is in charge of all patient care services and staff who provide care, treatment, and services to the agency’s patients on a daily basis.

Qualifications:

• Check to see if the agency can meet the patients’ projected clinical needs before approving the admission.
• To achieve agency clinical operational and financial success, collaborate with other essential partners within the organization.
• Ascertain that you have complete control over the patient care coordination process.
• Oversee the coordination of the agency’s internal and external referrals.
• Participate in center/agency surveys and any following mandatory reports (Licensure / JCAHO).
• Clinical partners should be coached, supervised, and precepted in order to achieve favourable recruitment and retention goals.
• Verify that the patient and partner assignments are accurate.
• Ascertain that patients’ requirements are assessed on a frequent basis.
• Check to see if the patient’s recommendations are appropriate for admission.
• Ascertain that the patient’s personalized treatment plan is developed, implemented, and updated.

Skills:

• A nursing degree or a graduate of an accredited RN programme from an accredited college or university.
• Working in a home health environment for one year is necessary.
• Two (2) years of recent experience as a registered nurse.
• In the state where you will be working, you must have a valid, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licence.
• It is required to have a valid CPR certification.
