Qualifications:
- Displays a clear understanding of the various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Also proficient in YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, and TikTok.
- Follow social media trends, discover ways to effectively apply those trends to client work, and give continual education to junior employees about developing and new trends, as well as their prospective applications.
- Make social media reports available to customers that have been contextualized; develop and deliver strategic suggestions based on the contents of social media reports.
- Coworkers in creative services, digital, and marketing should coordinate their efforts in order to make sure that the business objectives of clients and communications activities are properly linked.
- Partner with media buyers and suppliers to undertake the analysis, bargaining, and purchase of advertising channels, which may include print, digital, outdoor, television, radio, and streaming audio, among others.
- Consider the specific demands of your target audience when designing media campaigns, journeys, and audience strategies for your company.
- It is essential that editorial calendars (EC) be managed according to established protocols from genesis to final reporting.
- Identifies the most significant considerations when deciding and has the capacity to offer appealing recommendations based on experience and facts
- Internal and external teams must be motivated to develop strategies that are relevant to our customers and result in rich and engaging experiences for them.
- An agency’s ability to do social listening and research and come up with clear, actionable ideas and concepts is crucial.
