Qualifications:
- Incorporating suggestions for creating a video content strategy, among others, into the larger advertising blueprint is essential.
- Editing and making videos specifically for sharing on social media.
- Services may be provided for internal company communications, virtual environments, including live video streaming.
- Engages with the development and design teams to produce engagement pieces; gives input to ensure that asset development needs are satisfied.
- The Editor’s responsibilities also include assisting with the post-production of daily recordings of one-hour presentations and other media management tasks such tape logging/capturing, data backup, video compression, duplicating, and other related duties.
- Edit video, graphics, audio, interactives, and other multimedia assets expertly and rapidly for high-quality, high-value content.
- On occasion, assistance with graphic design, photography, videography, and on-location production may be needed.
- Edit a few pieces of material alongside Product Management and the Marketing team to produce high-quality digital content that educates our viewers.
- Branding videos, product explainers, promos, digital channel advertising, customer video testimonials, and documentary-style profiles are just some of the many sorts of work we produce.
- The use of a vectorscope, RGB parade, and waveform monitor allows for accurate color correction and grading of video material.
Skills:
- Formal education in graphic design, illustration, or visual communication is helpful but not necessary for entry-level positions in these fields.
- Highly driven individual with strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, and Photoshop, as well as the rest of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
- qualifications equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media, Communication, Video Production, or a Related Field
- the ability to use programs like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier, Adobe InDesign, and/or Avid.
