This role drives brand performance, brand equity, and market share through unique consumer insights. The Marketing Associate helps the Manager build consumer communications and innovation strategies for the brand and helps the team gain a full grasp of the company’s target audience and design memorable brand experiences. The Marketing Associate leads and implements projects that add to the brand’s communications and innovation plans. This job collaborates with agency partners on communications strategy, planning, and execution. This role collaborates with sales, shopper marketing, operations, product development, and finance to drive brand demand.

- Use tools of digital intelligence to examine the competitive landscape of brand demand from consumers.
- Prove that you can keep projects on track and under budget, and that you can evaluate investment opportunities with an eye on minimizing losses while maximizing gains. The goal is to find ways to promote the brand’s nutrition health and wellness proposition in communications and to take the lead on any related activities.
- Using a digital and social media-first strategy, you’ll need to manage consumer communications initiatives that build a creative territory that brings the brand to life and enables effective customer communication.
- Manage brand initiatives and tasks in a manner that exhibits an awareness of key consumer insights and the capacity to activate them through relevant communications and innovation activities.
- Determine opportunities for innovation and renovation and take the lead on projects to promote the brand’s promise of nutrition, health, and wellness.
- Uses information about the company’s products and its customers to help the Manager create a yearly strategy for coordinating marketing and sales activities to increase the company’s brand’s popularity.
- Help the brand’s customers understand the brand’s identity, essence, vision, mission, and fundamental values so that they may effectively communicate and innovate on behalf of the brand.
- Help figure out how to best communicate with customers and organize your campaign so that you may reach them when and where they are most receptive.
- Use consumer and marketplace data and trends to support developing a deeper understanding of the demographics, psychographics, and behavioral drivers of the brand’s consumer or a particular consumer segment.
- Direct the management, strategy, planning, execution, and assessment of communication plan efforts that target specific touchpoints or consumer goals.
- A master’s degree in business, marketing, MBA, or a related field and at least three years of experience in consumer marketing, brand management, or product management are also acceptable in place of the work experience requirement.
- Ideally, you have managed marketing communication initiatives before, implementing digital and media strategies.
- Possessing prior experience collaborating with external agencies and multi-departmental teams is a plus.
- Those applying should ideally have some prior expertise developing long-term strategy for brands and products, including marketing and advertising initiatives.
- Prior experience analyzing customer behavior by combining data and trends is a plus.
