Full-Time Market Week Receptionist – Khayţān
Job Description
When a customer enters the dealership, the receptionist welcomes them, responds to their queries, and refers them to the proper staff member. Additionally, the receptionist takes messages from callers, answers incoming calls, and routes them to the relevant department. Receptionists are expected to observe the greatest ethical standards, as with all occupations.

Qualifications:
- perform supplementary office duties such as filing, copying, collating, and faxing.
- Attend staff meetings for the office of operations, finance, and performance management, as well as other meetings as needed.
- Maintain office and file cabinet keys as well as sign out ledgers for various office equipment.
- Welcoming visitors, employees, messengers, and study subjects. Guests should be escorted or guided to their destinations when the nature and purpose of the visit have been established.
- Responsible for using a multi-line telephone system to receive and direct calls, take messages, and deliver information.
- Responsible for coordinating requests in the CMMS, completing necessary follow-ups, and providing backup coverage for training.
- Billing, data entry, word processing, creating new case files, and preparing correspondence are all responsibilities.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls while providing basic information as needed.
- Plan and execute employee data collection and database updates, including but not limited to annual compliance trainings, employee tracking, and new hires.
- Maintain strict sign-out and sign-in procedures for all visitors and employees working on-site to ensure everyone is accounted for at all times.
Skills:
- Follow-up, communication, and empathy for clients, employees, and colleagues were all exceptional.
- Basic computer skills; word, excel, access, power point internet navigation.
- Proven skill at juggling multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
- Those working at the front desk must pay close attention to detail to ensure that any customer complaints are properly recorded and resolved in a timely way.
- Knowledge working as a secretary or receptionist in a busy office is a plus.
