While working as a Building Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and directing all project team members who are responsible for the construction, installation, and testing of all project-related systems. You’ll be in charge of supervising the project team and subcontractors as they design, purchase, develop, and test all of the communication infrastructure related with the project you’re managing.

Qualifications:
- Assisting as an information resource by organizing tenant work, attending meetings, managing conflicts, offering continual feedback, and arranging the project’s punch list and close-out.
- Sub-contractor identification and qualification for the project, including all site and construction trades, is the responsibility of the project manager.
- establishing initial project-specific cost estimates and taking the lead in budget management for different project cost components
- Communicate effectively with the Sales Counselor on all build-to-suit contracts, spec houses, model upkeep, subdivision maintenance, signage, and any other problems that may arise in the course of running a successful subdivision development.
- All safety, quality, timing, and budget criteria, as well as the final outcomes, should be constantly monitored and assessed by outsourced construction firms.
- Responsibilities include reviewing and approving consultant invoices, contractor pay applications, and change orders, as well as collaborating with the Control Manager to guarantee proper posting in the reporting program.
- in charge of coordinating and giving input to utility firms that are supplying services and infrastructure for the project, as well as controlling the project’s timetable and expenses.
- The carrier’s duties as they relate to tenant leases and requirements are reviewed to ensure the carrier achieves those commitments while keeping project costs under control.
- Examining, on behalf of the carrier’s interests, change proposals, proposal requests, information requests, supplementary instructions, and other contract paperwork.
- Developing relationships with government authorities and acting as the carrier’s primary point of contact in matters involving the federal, state, and local governments, including the city’s permitting and inspection needs
Skills:
- In charge of keeping track of the timetable and budget, identifying deviations from the business plan, and working closely with the general contractor and project consultants to ensure the project is successfully completed.
- QA/QC approaches must be used to ensure that the work produced meets the terms of the contract. Manages Quality Assurance for the Site (SQCM)
- Knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems and components, contract management, project delivery methodologies, team development, and client relationship building is necessary.
- Construction contract agreements and the construction process, including the capacity to read, grasp, and coordinate the drawings and requirements of consultants, are well-versed.
- Mechanical, electrical, civil, and structural building expertise in an industrial setting is required for this position
