We have an immediate opening for a Digital Producer that will create products that use digital initiatives, such as microsites, mobile applications, and digital decision tools and training resources, to improve outcomes. In support of the Center’s activities, the Digital Producer will carry out a range of visual design duties and work to develop top-notch user interfaces for various digital platforms. Creative problem-solving abilities, good design abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work well in a collaborative atmosphere are essential for success in this profession.

- Scope small to large scale digital projects accurately with the ability to communicate the project plan.
- Manage and coordinate internal and external resources and assets that support the content strategy.
- Design with a knowledge and grasp of device capabilities, browser sizes, and product functionality.
- Manage the site’s content and assets on a regular basis using a digital asset management platform and a content management system.
- Collaborate with the art director and coders to guarantee your designs are being implemented to the highest standards.
- Keep the project’s finances and timeline under control, and deal with any unforeseen changes as they arise.
- Keep the team updated on the project’s progress with regular status reports that highlight potential problems and their potential resolutions in terms of scope, cost, and timeline.
- Take charge of digital content that is used by many people and profitable for the business.
- Set project objectives and ensure that deliverables meet client, contract, and project requirements (on budget and on time).
- Train a slew of associate and full-time producers in the ins and outs of client and interactive production across the business.
- Have strong communication and translation skills with stakeholders who do not use digital technology.
- Be flexible and quick to make adjustments in order to deal with the ever-changing nature of project conditions.
- a bachelor’s degree and at least three years’ experience working as a digital producer, graphic designer, or a similar position.
- able to work with creative teams to develop concepts through collaboration and direction.
- Must be independent and able to work with little guidance or direction.
