Full-Time Lead Technical Artist – Akola
The Production Artist, who will report to the Design Director, will primarily be responsible for designing league licensing boards for all of our licenses and for designing all images used in the catalog and the BTB sales tool. You’ll be working closely with the Apparel/Authentic Design group to make sure that any changes or conversions made by the team are in line with the original concept of the designers.

- Work with the teams in charge of graphic, fine, and industrial design to keep the design intent for printed goods.
- Produce production-ready versions of the provided artwork and address any issues with the artwork that crop up during manufacturing.
- Ensure that your trademark features are consistently used in your supplier networks.
- Excellent time management skills enable timely replies to several tasks and tight deadlines.
- You are responsible for drafting up all submission papers, securing appropriate approvals, and making any necessary adjustments.
- As issues develop, resolve them with the printer and the creative team.
- Investigates the recipes, layouts, and materials proposed for each proposal in close conjunction with the design team to guarantee its success.
- The individual responsible for proofreading tech packs must be adept at diagnosing and fixing issues with artwork and decorations.
- Ability to take guidance well and implement it into creative endeavors such as campaign design, derivative asset creation, and resizing of existing designs.
- Keep teams informed of production changes and maintain an organized system of file revisions.
- You’re comfortable managing the print process with a vendor and guiding a printer to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
- The ability to use common software packages like Microsoft Office, Adobe’s Creative Suite, and FlightCheck is expected of you.
- Proven competence with MAC and all applicable software, including Illustrator and the rest of the Adobe Creative Suite, is required.
- At least two years of professional experience in the fields of graphic design, clothing design, and/or clothing product development.
- Possessing excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills and the ability to communicate successfully with professionals at all levels.
