Job Description

A Customer Service Lead is needed to assist with a range of client initiatives. In this role, you’ll troubleshoot basic technical issues, cultivate strong customer relationships, fact-find to uncover needs while recognising opportunities and trends to share with key partners, and ensure that all of our clients receive satisfactory resolutions to their concerns. Candidates should be natural problem solvers who strive to provide consistently excellent customer service and satisfaction.

  • Use the right systems/spreadsheets to accurately document and handle client claims.
  • Utilize your expertise and training to deliver appropriate responses to customer questions while following all scripts, policies, and procedures.
  • Observe the rules governing the handling of confidential and personal information.
  • It is necessary to process refunds or provide new products.
  • Attending meetings and trainings and assessing all new training materials will keep you up to date on programme knowledge, systems, and processes.
  • Ensure first-contact resolution by appropriately processing communications and resolving issues.
  • Extend and improve the existing knowledge base.
  • It is necessary to adhere to all attendance and work schedule constraints.
  • Handle incoming and outbound calls with politeness, promptness, and professionalism.
  • Customer complaints should be sent to the right internal or external partners.


  • Strong organizational and communication skills are required, as well as exceptional attention to detail.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or an area closely linked to it is desirable.
  • It must be possible to use the Microsoft Office Suite and tools.
  • It is necessary to have 2+ years of expertise in a retail or ecommerce-related discipline or area.
  • Individuals that are self-motivated and capable of moving, prioritising, and meeting deadlines independently are necessary.
