Full-Time Lead Designer – Katsina
Job Description
To collaborate with the creative director and a small team of designers, we are looking for a Lead Designer. The concept, story, and mechanics of the game will be guided by the lead designer. We are searching for a careful and adaptable designer with expertise working in well-known IPs and demonstrated cooperation skills. They are at ease taking a comprehensive approach to the project and are able to bring diverse elements together to form a compelling overall.

Qualifications:

- Conducts primary and secondary research to discover unknowns and to explore trends, perspectives, and applications in the field (including market research, stakeholder interviews, contextual inquiry/ ethnographic observation, etc.)

- Able to organize and run focus groups, user meetings, and other forms of user input in order to gather data for a project.
- Once every week, the supervisor will provide project-specific direction.
- Implementable and meaningful early-stage efforts are framed through the construction of appropriate project plans, goals, and work plans. Creates a feasible and relevant framework for early-stage efforts through the development of a project plan, objectives, and a work plan.

Skills:
- A master of HCD principles and processes who is also well-versed in research, analysis, and synthesis techniques of both the qualitative and quantitative varieties.
- Demonstrated ease with unfamiliar domains, sensitive issues, and complex difficulties; extensive experience creating project objectives and timelines in the face of ambiguity.
