Job Description
Our Concierge is the face of the community, and it is up to them to provide our residents with the best possible service. To be successful, you’ll need to be able to handle a wide range of tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of focus, flexibility, and creativity. All parties are made to feel welcome and valued by a Concierge, who offers a good spirit to every interaction.

Qualifications:
- For the benefit of their clientele, organizations must stay abreast of industry-specific technological advances. Checks in regularly with key data sources to ensure they’re up to date. Residents will have access to dining, entertainment, and cultural events.
- Merchants and tourists are allowed entry; residents may ask inquiries; and product is stored and distributed.
- To protect the safety of people and property, surveillance cameras, door alarms, life-safety systems, and building alarms are all monitored. Maintaining vigilance for any suspicious activities.
- In the event that someone from your company or family or network happens to be passing through or applying for a position in the region, a sincere greeting would be appreciated. Depending on their industry, provide visitors with information about where they want to go.
- Repair requests for regular maintenance may be followed up on by establishing a link between residents and service staff. You should contact for aid as soon as possible if you find yourself in an emergency situation.
- Keep visitors, residents, and other Associates happy by getting along with your coworkers.
- Organizes activities for residents such as movie evenings and game nights.
- Receive and process faxes, mail, messages, and parcels. Help visitors send faxes, mail, notes, and parcels.
- Eliminating accidents and enforcing safe working practices are two ways to keep the workplace safe.
- Check all community amenities and common spaces on a regular basis and collaborate with the service staff or other Associates to ensure that they are all well-maintained in order to keep the community looking its best.
Skills:
- For this job, you need to have worked in the hospitality, administrative, or marketing businesses before.
