An experienced Music Producer is needed to join our expanding team. The person in this post will be responsible for coming up with ideas for and actually making all of the station’s branded audio elements, messages, and images. The Music Producer’s responsibilities include contributing to the development of daily program, music logs, and timetables. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leveraging sound to strengthen brand or customer relationships.

Qualifications:
- Use sound clips and full recordings of programs, concerts, and interviews in your presentation.
- Set up and conduct all licensing and synchronization rights negotiations with record labels, music publishers, and other parties as necessary.
- Working with both small and big groups to realize desired vision and success, the music producer position is a highly collaborative one.
- Management of the music crew to aid in the execution of all musical performances.
- By meeting with managers, publicists, and labels and attending events, etc., one can cultivate ties with them.
- if necessary, acting as producer or creative director.
- Work together on a budget with the music acts, the supervising producer, and the line producer.
- As a regular part of the job, you’ll be asked to take part in things like designing and developing new audio systems and evaluating new opportunities.
- Develop and oversee project schedules, cost estimates, and spending plans while monitoring activity to ensure expenditures remain within the allotted budget.
- This individual must also be able to present concepts and design and at all times adhere to prescribed standards.
Skills:
- Experience in management and the ability to coach and promote teamwork.
- Competence in setting priorities and juggling multiple tasks while working under pressure.
- Experience scheduling or producing at a late night, daytime, or morning variety event, or at a record label, is preferred.
- The ability to think creatively about music production for radio and the internet has been demonstrated.
- The capacity and willingness to participate in bookings other than music, such as but not limited to celebrities, public figures, and athletes, as well as to communicate and work with other teams on the event.
