Job Description
For emails, web pages, social media graphics, banner advertisements, and other digital elements, the Digital Designer is responsible for generating effective and on-brand creative. The Digital Designer will manage, design, and schedule email campaigns, collaborate with our in-house Digital Marketing team and in-house Graphic Design team to create compelling digital and social media campaigns, work with our e-Commerce team and developers to ensure aesthetics are aligned with usability, accessibility, and web standards, and ensure branding consistency across all digital customer touchpoints.

Qualifications:
- Choose the strategies that will best achieve the intended visual effects, and suggest methods and mediums for delivering the desired result.
- The graphic designer must be able to put together numerous components of a design, such as branding programs, according to the art director’s criteria.
- The applicant must be able to create educational/factual content for print, internet, and social media campaigns.
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, including project management experience.
- Coordination of external printing of planned and prepared printed content that has been approved by the Marketing & Communications Manager.
- Validate and enforce the use of appropriate images and logos in all internal and external communications. Before being used, all internal graphics, as well as any deviations from the aesthetics, shall be assessed and/or approved by the Marketing & Communications Manager.
- With the help of cross-functional teams, create promotional and automated email campaigns, landing pages, banner adverts, and social media images.
- Excellent design and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work as part of a team, finish projects on time and on budget, pay close attention to detail, and juggle several tasks and projects, are all desirable traits.
- Maintaining websites, blogs, social media sites, newsletters, newspapers, and magazines, as well as graphic design, artwork, and infographics, as well as desktop publishing and presentation support.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and management to develop and deploy effective creative to support talent engagement efforts.
Skills:
- Strong computer skills and application expertise are required, with Microsoft Excel, Hyperion, and SAP being preferred.
- It is necessary to have a solid understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat) as well as Mac computers.
- It is necessary to have a working knowledge of web-based collaborative programs.
- Experiential knowledge of illustrating concepts by designing rough layouts of art and copy in terms of arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts, obtaining concept approval by submitting rough layouts for approval, and preparing finished copy and art for production and printing.
- A bachelor’s degree in authorized graphic arts or visual arts/communications is required. If the candidate possesses a related Master’s degree in visual information and graphics design from a recognized institution, or a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least ten (10) years of recent experience in visual information and graphics design, the bachelor’s degree may be waived.
