Full-Time Jewelry Production Coordinator – Kishangarh
The Production Coordinator provides invaluable assistance to the Executive Producers. They oversee all forms of communication, ensuring that the Executive Producers and the rest of the team are getting what they need from one another to keep working effectively.

- Volunteer to assist with a wide range of production support tasks as they arise, from pre-production through delivery.
- By coordinating with the director of operations and truck/crew providers, this person makes sure that events have enough people and the right tools to run smoothly.
- maintenance of production schedules for both the team and the network, including the reporting of music cue sheets.
- Organize and administer various internal and external workflows including but not limited to, budgeting, talent acquisition/hiring, calendaring, talent onboarding, contracting, production/post production status, and delivery.
- If you’re interested in joining the Production and VFX team, you’ll be able to help foster an environment where employees are encouraged to ask questions and take initiative, and where your team works closely with those in charge of Physical Production and Animation.
- To support efforts to improve alignment between technology partners and cross-vertical production teams, provide research.
- The adoption of new Production-related processes, structures, and technology within the company can be facilitated by your participation in the development of internal project management tools and the preparation of presentations and financial statistics.
- manages the organization and dissemination of event documents for professional and other productions on the network.
- facilitate the development of VFX tracking tools and internal processes. Take care of suggestions for enhancements as required.
- Keep stakeholders in the know by tracking and maintaining virtual production reports and milestones on a weekly basis.
- It is necessary to be familiar with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the capacity for original problem-solving
- genuine enthusiasm for the future of content development and the production landscape.
- the ability to handle a hectic work environment and oversee several projects at once (from development through delivery).
- Profound experience working as a Coordinator in Visual Effects, Production, Gaming, or a studio.
