  • Assist deal teams by sourcing suitable investment opportunities, completing due diligence, and producing investment memorandums for fund investments and co-investments.
  • Processes purchases and sales of fixed income and equity securities via trading to accounting software.
  • Properly dispose of client information; ensure proper management of any old and unneeded information on a regular basis by shredding.
  • Keep your contact database up-to-date so you can use it for reporting, scheduling, and tracking your costs and marketing to your clients.
  • Prepare and maintain client records, as well as draft and send out reports and communications, per the Advisor’s instructions.
  • Create and manage databases and reports for filing and record keeping, as well as files for clients to satisfy regulatory and compliance needs.
  • Serving as front desk support, including greeting customers and guests, answering phones in a friendly manner, directing callers to the right department, and taking detailed messages when necessary are all part of your responsibilities as a customer service representative.
  • Create and cancel accounts, grant power of attorney and trading authorization as necessary, link life insurance and annuity accounts, finish client registrations, and promptly respond to and carry out client service requests.
  • oversee the upkeep of all office supplies to guarantee that the practice’s equipment is in proper working order; notify the facilities manager of any problems. Maintain office supplies, making sure that needs like things for the break room are available at all times.
  • Review all messages sent via electronic means and respond appropriately; deal with customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner and with a focus on swift resolution.


  • Possessing one to two years of relevant work experience in finance or a closely connected discipline such as billing, accounting, purchasing, mathematics, etc.
  • Ability to function independently and effectively under time constraints in a hectic atmosphere.
  • The candidate must have prior expertise in client management or customer service. It would include being attuned to the needs of one’s clientele, coming up with workable solutions, and putting them into action.
  • Competence with Redtail, Orion, Morningstar, MoneyGuidePro, and Wells Fargo Advisors is desired.
  • Although a bachelor’s degree is recommended, candidates with job experience and completed college coursework will still be taken into consideration.
