Qualifications:
- Keep records on past and present customers up-to-date in your contact database and contact management software for use in future reports, appointments, fee tracking, and promotional efforts.
- the creation and upkeep of customer files, the creation of client forms and reports, and the initiation of correspondence as required by the firm’s advisor.
- Check the working order of all shared office equipment and notify the facilities manager if something seems amiss. Keep the office well-stocked with goods like paper towels and toilet paper.
- Client records should be shredded on a regular basis to ensure their security and correct disposal.
- Initiate and terminate accounts, issue powers of attorney and trading authorization, connect life insurance and annuity accounts, complete client registrations, and fulfill client service requests in a timely manner.
- Your primary responsibilities as a member of the deal team will be to source potential investments, conduct the necessary due diligence, and draft investment memoranda for fund investments and co-investments.
- Establish and manage client files, as well as create and prepare reports and databases for file and record keeping, to meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Traders utilize this method to handle the purchase and sale of equities and fixed-income securities.
- Responsible for ensuring that all customer needs are met promptly and correctly; front office support, including welcome clients and visitors to the office; courteously answer phone calls; appropriately answer calls or take thorough messages as necessary.
- Review and respond to all electronic correspondence; promptly address issues and concerns with professionalism and attention to resolution.
Skills:
- Possessing one to two years of relevant work experience in finance or a closely connected discipline such as billing, accounting, purchasing, mathematics, etc.
- However, those with work experience and some college credit will be considered even if they lack a bachelor’s degree.
- a track record of success in client management or customer service. This would entail locating client concerns or issues, offering, and starting efficient remedies.
- Possessing the capacity to work autonomously and effectively in a fast-paced atmosphere under time constraints
