  • Accounts are opened and closed, trading authority and power of attorney are added when needed, life insurance and annuity accounts are linked, client registrations are finished, and client service inquiries are responded to and followed up on in a timely manner.
  • Maintain current client information in the contact database and contact management system for reporting, scheduling, tracking fees, and marketing purposes.
  • Ensure proper treatment of all old and unneeded information by regularly shredding it. Properly dispose of client information.
  • Act as key member of deal teams with responsibilities for sourcing potential investment opportunities, conducting due diligence and drafting investment memorandums for fund investments and co-investments.
  • Create and manage databases and reports for filing and record keeping, as well as files for clients to satisfy regulatory and compliance needs.
  • Front desk support, such as greeting customers and visitors to the office, answering the phone with a friendly tone and taking detailed messages, are all part of your responsibilities.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and promptness in responding to all electronic correspondence; resolve issues and complaints as they arise.
  • maintain all office equipment and supplies in good functioning order and report any issues to the facilities manager. Keep the office well-stocked with necessities like paper towels and coffee so that employees never go without.
  • Traders utilize this method to handle the purchase and sale of equities and fixed-income securities.
  • Produce client forms, reports, and communication per the firm’s Advisor’s instructions, as well as manage existing customer files.


  • proven skill in managing clients or interacting with customers. This would require identifying issues faced by customers, proposing remedies, and putting those remedies into action.
  • Work autonomously and efficiently under time constraints in a fast-paced setting.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in finance or any related field, including billing, accounting, purchasing, mathematics, etc.
  • Preferable qualifications include knowledge of Redtail, Orion, Morningstar, MoneyGuidePro, and Wells Fargo Advisors.
  • Completed college courses and relevant job experience will be considered in lieu of a degree if the candidate does not have one.
