Supporting client relationships entails ensuring that all client needs are addressed, responding to client enquiries, preparing advisers for client review meetings, and attending to other tasks and concerns as needed. The successful candidate will need to be tech savvy and meticulous in their approach to their work.

Qualifications:
- Review and respond to all electronic correspondence; promptly address issues and concerns with professionalism and attention to resolution.
- Produce client forms, reports, and communication per the firm’s Advisor’s instructions, as well as manage existing customer files.
- You will play a crucial role on deal teams, helping to locate investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and writing investment memoranda for fund investments and co-investments.
- Regular shredding of outdated records is a good way to ensure that such data is properly handled. Get rid of old customer records the right way.
- Keep your contact database up-to-date so you can use it for reporting, scheduling, and tracking your costs and marketing to your clients.
- Provide front desk support, such as greeting customers and visitors to the office, answering the phone in a kind manner, and taking detailed messages or directing calls as needed are all essential duties.
- maintain all office equipment and supplies in good functioning order and report any issues to the facilities manager. Keep the office well-stocked with necessities like paper towels and coffee so that employees never go without.
- Client services include but are not limited to: opening and closing accounts, granting appropriate powers of attorney and trading authority, integrating life insurance and annuity accounts, completing client registrations, and responding to and fulfilling client service requests in a timely manner.
- Create and manage client files, generate reports and databases, and handle other record-keeping tasks to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Skills:
- Completed college courses and relevant job experience will be considered in lieu of a degree if the candidate does not have one.
- Experience with Redtail, Orion, Morningstar, MoneyGuidePro, and Wells Fargo Advisors is preferable.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing clients or providing excellent customer service. Finding out what issues the customer is facing and working to address them are part of this process.
- Self-reliance and efficiency in meeting demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A minimum of one to two years’ experience in finance or a closely related field is required.
