This employee will conduct clerical responsibilities to help the Financial Operations team, following established protocols. Scanning papers, filing, data entry, and other tasks as needed will be part of the job.

Qualifications:

• Employers prefer applicants who have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• The amount of money you earn is governed by how long you’ve worked.
• Must have a functional personal vehicle, as well as a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the appropriate insurance coverage as required by company policy.
• With minimal direct supervision, the applicant should have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to organize and handle a wide variety of duties with precision and attention to deadlines.
• Receipts and credit card payments should be taken into account while checking out.
• The General Accounting Manager has extra duties.
• Prepare and send checks to the accounts payable department.
• Filing, copying, collating, and entering data for the accounting department are among the clerical duties required.
• Processing and coding assistance for accounts payable invoices is needed.
• Prepares, sorts, scans, and maintains Accounts Payable Invoices electronic files.
