We’re looking for someone who can help us with inventory. An Inventory Specialist keeps track of the number, kind, and worth of materials, equipment, products, and supplies in a business.

  • Maintains pertinent records and paperwork; generates standard reports for management approval.
  • Verifies inventory, monitors order points, places and expedites orders, and receives, organize, and stores tocks tools, equipment, and parts prior to receiving, unpacking, and storing them.
  • To name and identify tools and equipment, use an identification tag, stamp, or electric marking tool.
  • Aids in the creation and implementation of physical inventories.
  • Visually inspects and measures tools and equipment for faults and wear, notifying the supervisor if any are found.
  • To find cost-cutting possibilities, manipulates par levels, reorders points/min/max, and reduces holding costs.
  • It is necessary to have prior experience working in a fast-paced, professional, and customer service-oriented team environment.
  • In order to handle difficulties with material stock inventory levels, communicate with shipping or inventory coordinators, department supervisors, and internal and external clients.
  • Handle material stock check calls, recording and transmitting any pertinent information.
  • To determine inventory balance, price, and cost, gathers information on material, equipment, goods, or supplies received or delivered.


  • Fillers, Rinsers, Cappers, Case Packers, Case Formers, Coolers, and Pasteurizers are examples of industrial devices that need expertise to comprehend and repair.
  • It is strongly desirable that you have two years of similar work experience in a Material Management job (e.g. inventory, distribution, etc.).
  • Safety regulations, procedure manuals, and operating and maintenance instructions are examples of materials written in the English language that require reading, writing, and comprehension.
  • Simple computer literacy is demonstrated by being able to go online and do basic Internet searches, check email, create and send attachments, and use basic email functions.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, interpersonal skills, organizational capacity, understanding of appropriate body mechanics, safety measures, and infection control, ability to follow directions, and knowledge of section specific exam information and instruments are all feasible criteria.
