Qualifications:

- You’ll oversee inventory control processes, address shipping and receiving discrepancies, and rectify reporting problems to ensure shipping and receiving goes smoothly. Ensuring compliance with and improving all areas/shift reporting, such as consumption and returns, and K-LEAN. You’ll work with plant finance and procurement to balance raw and packaged commodities. You’ll also assist warehouse personnel count inventory (each SKU has different cycle count requirements)
- Preparing products for transit and inspecting incoming and leaving shipments. The data on the bill of lading, the invoices, or the orders, and the data on the arriving and outgoing items are compared to each other.
- It is advised that inventory information be entered into an ERP system using a computer. Accept and distribute merchandise. Make any inventory adjustments that are required. Utilize a computer to analyses data in order to reach appropriate conclusions on the accuracy or condition of inventories at numerous sites.
- CPD implants must be ordered on schedule. Makes sure all things are evaluated and resolved regularly. Helps arrange loaner implant kits and reports issues to management. Delivers on time. Creates bill-only PO.
- It’s important to be organized when it comes to managing quality hold inventory, working with the Quality Supervisor, and making sure that all departing and manufacturing orders have been post-goods issued and incoming orders have been post-goods received. Maintaining food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Cargo, including labeled boxes and wooden crates, is transported. Add up the weights, then factor in the prices of shipping and postage. Unpacks and inspects newly arrived shipments, rejects things that are defective, and makes contact with shipping companies to report shortages and damage.
- It’s vital to make sure things go from point A to point B. As a result, you will be in charge of the production inventory at the Rome Plant. For shipping and receiving, you’ll be in charge of warehouse inventories.
- Inventory measurements are collected, checked, and reported on a daily or periodic basis to improve and keep the health of the inventory. Find the right root cause, whether it’s a process or a behavior, and keep track of what you find for future operational analysis.
- Reconciliation of DLX and SAP inventory differences is carried out during the last 24 hours. Product quality and any damage or liquidation are taken into consideration when determining a product’s worth. Make Yourself a Leader! Skills:
- High school graduation or General Equivalency Diploma (GED), extensive industrial experience, bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or accounting, or master’s degree in business administration, finance, or accounting. A working familiarity with the relevant inventory location system
- In English, demonstrates fluency in both oral and written communication. Clearly and concisely communicates in a professional way. It is possible for the anesthesiologist and other members of the health care team to work together effectively.
- The individual must be able to stand, walk, sit, speak, and hear in order to do this work. For moving the items, it is expected that the employee would utilize both arms as well as their hand and arm to reach. This position necessitates the frequent movement and lifting of up to 100 pounds by the individual in question. Merchandise and delivery paperwork must be visually examined by them.
- Staff must be able to read delivery documents and product tickets. This person must interact well with delivery warehouse staff to relay inventory information. This work demands a trustworthy, honest individual who can serve clients quickly and professionally.
- Uses computers in inventory and operation room to show competency. Learn a computer from the ground up. Intermediate data input and typing. Mastering PS and EPIC. Purchase order data may be downloaded to handheld devices. Mobile phones may be used in the operating room.
