A Material Handling-experienced Inventory Controller is needed. This role maintains lists of moving components, transports them, and manages inventories. - You’ll lead inventory control processes, resolve shipping and receiving discrepancies, and repair reporting problems to ensure shipping and receiving goes smoothly. Compliance with the improvement of all areas/shift reporting, such as consumption and returns, and standard work standards, including K-LEAN. You will work with plant finance and procurement to balance raw and pack supplies daily. You will also assist warehouse personnel cycle count inventory (each SKU has different cycle count requirements)
- Quality hold inventory management, working with the Quality Supervisor, and ensuring all production orders are post-goods issued and incoming orders are post-goods received are part of being organized. observing food safety and hygienic requirements at all times.
- Regular measurements, checks, and reports preserve inventory health. Document what’s happening.
- Checks shipments coming in and going out and gets things ready to ship. Compares identifying information, counts, weighs, or measures incoming and outgoing cargo to the bill of lading, invoices, orders, or other data.
- Input inventory data through computer into an ERP system. Receive and distribute content. Make any necessary stock modifications Utilize a computer to do data analysis in order to make informed judgments on the accuracy or status of inventories at multiple locations.
- Ensures that all CPD Implants are ordered in a timely manner. Ensures that all items are checked and resolved on a daily basis. Assists in requesting loaner implant kits as necessary and reporting any concerns to the manager. Makes certain that things are delivered on schedule. Bill-only PO is generated.
- Assessing and analyzing data—Looking at all the changes in inventory over the past 24 hours and figuring out why DLX and SAP have different numbers. All of the quality, damage, and liquidation status of a product are taken into account.
