The Inventory Controller oversees the department’s administration and growth. The Inventory Controller ensures all inventory transactions are executed on schedule, service level agreements are fulfilled, and customer service is strong.

- Data on inventories should ideally be recorded into an ERP system using a computer or similar electronic device. Acquiring and distributing merchandise. Do whatever is necessary to modify the stock. Analyze data using a computer to determine the accuracy and current state of various inventory records.
- Labels packages, wooden crates, and boxes for shipping, Posts the weight and cost of shipping, as well as the postage, Unpacks and checks incoming shipments. Rejects damaged items, notes shortages, and communicates with shippers to fix damages and shortages.
- Actively promoting and teaching hourly workers and assisting the management of hourly personnel’s talent. Making sure that appropriate efforts are supported and that Diversity and Inclusion requirements are satisfied
- Being organized includes things like managing quality hold inventory, coordinating with the Quality Supervisor, and ensuring that all departing and manufacturing orders have been post-goods issued and incoming orders have been post-goods received. at all times complying to all relevant food safety and sanitary requirements
- You’ll lead inventory control processes, resolve shipping and receiving discrepancies, and repair reporting problems to ensure shipping and receiving goes smoothly. Compliance with the improvement of all areas/shift reporting, such as consumption and returns, and standard work standards, including K-LEAN. You will work with plant finance and procurement to balance raw and pack supplies daily. You will also assist warehouse personnel cycle count inventory (each SKU has different cycle count requirements)
- Implants for CPD will be ordered and delivered on schedule. Resolves any issues that may have occurred during the previous day’s check-in Report any problems or requests for loaner implant kits to the manager as appropriate. Achieves promptness in the delivery of goods Creates a bill-only PO.
- In order to improve and sustain inventory health, inventory measures are generated, confirmed, and reported on a daily and/or periodic basis. Determine the correct root cause, whether it is a process or a behavior, and document the results for future operational analysis.
- Verifies and maintains records on incoming and departing shipments, as well as preparing things for shipping. Counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and departing shipments to check information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other documents.
- Examining and Analyzing Data – Reviewing all previous 24-hour inventory movements and reconciling inventory variances between DLX and SAP. The level of quality, damaged, and liquidated products are all taken into account. Become the boss – It’s critical to understand how the facility operates in order to identify and address possible areas for improvement.
- Ensure stuff gets from A to B is critical. You’ll control Rome Plant production inventory. You’ll handle the warehouse’s shipping and receiving stock inventories.
- It is also essential that all personnel be fluent in the language of paperwork, such as delivery notes and product receipts. In order to convey inventory information to delivery warehouse employees, this individual must be able to communicate successfully with them.. In order to be successful in this role, you must be a person who is trustworthy, honest, and capable of providing prompt and competent assistance to customers.
- High school graduation or General Equivalency Diploma (GED), extensive industrial experience, bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or accounting, or master’s degree in business administration, finance, or accounting. A working familiarity with the relevant inventory location system
- In inventory and operating room situations, demonstrates the capacity to apply technology. Includes the ability to use a computer from the very beginning. The ability to type and input data at an intermediate level. Proficient use of PS and EPIC software. The ability to use hand-held technology and download relevant data to the electronic purchase order. The ability to use/text a mobile phone in the operating room setting.
- Skills in written and spoken communication in English. Professional, courteous, clear, and succinct in tone and style. A team player who can work well with surgeons, anesthetists, nurses and other members of the healthcare team.
- The individual must be able to stand, walk, sit, speak, and hear in order to do this work. For moving the items, it is expected that the employee would utilize both arms as well as their hand and arm to reach. This position necessitates the frequent movement and lifting of up to 100 pounds by the individual in question. Merchandise and delivery paperwork must be visually examined by them.
