The Intern works with managers and staff in a certain department to do duties as needed.

Qualifications:
- develops knowledge of the companies and clients that the function helps.
- Core Duties of an Internship (driving to appointments, medication calls, schedule accountability, etc.)
- Help or work with many different parts of the business.
- Responds to calendar availability requests and hold placement requests, for multiple facilities, in a timely manner.
- Assists maintenance personnel and foodservice employees who are cleaning, maintaining, cooking, or serving at commercial, health care, school, residence hall, or other establishments.
- Keep databases for all data related to the department’s booking activities, including current offers, contracts, venue calendars, and other details.
- acquires the skills essential to operate and maintain mechanical devices.
- As part of your duties, you’ll pitch in on the team’s various side projects (mailing list, class binders, organizing rooms, etc.)
- adheres to all established procedures for managing risks and ensuring employee safety.
- help the user experience researcher conduct usability tests on our software solutions.
Skills:
- Both attention to detail and great communication abilities are required.
- Possibility of using critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be able to explain and demonstrate that the essential functions of the job may be performed with or without reasonable accommodations and possess the requisite knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience to do so.
