Job Description
We’re seeking to expand our staff by adding an Instructional Designer. You’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining a wide range of technical training materials for our staff in this position. Your team will consist of program managers, instructional designers, learning administrators, experts in their fields, and other collaborators as you collaborate on hundreds of cutting-edge learning initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Organize and generate massive work on various projects in a fast-paced and uncertain setting.
- To establish the effectiveness of educational programs, it is necessary to review outcomes and ensure that they are aligned with corporate goals.
- Resources that may be used to assist training include a wide range of e-learning and assessment tools including quizzes and presentations, along with instructor manuals, videos, and audio recordings.
- With the help of instructional designers, do requirements analysis and build targets for performance, learning plans, and instructional approaches to generate high-quality solutions that are in line with the organization’s corporate goals and strategic imperatives. These duties are delegated by the post of instructional designer.
- Evaluate industry technologies and trends; offer new tools and approaches to increase the instructional value of course materials and improve departmental efficiency.
- Pedagogical and technical training is provided to staff members in order to increase their ability to produce and deliver engaging and interactive online courses.
- Regularly stick to the established project and management techniques as well as instructional design guidelines as well as corporate brand style and standards.
- Produces properly written, clear, engaging internet or multimedia content by researching/organizing difficult material.
- Investigate regional, national, and international educational needs, set educational objectives, and then collaborate with collaborators to provide current and engaging course materials.
- For online distribution, e-learning courses, instructional resources, and other electronic instructional content are being produced in accordance with adult learning theory.
Skills:
- A working knowledge of computer systems, including but not limited to: data entry through keyboard/mouse/telephone/headset, and active listening while inputting data.
- solid background in management and leadership, as well as an unwavering dedication to continuous development.
- To be successful, a member of the program’s sub-team or the whole program team must have excellent communication and organizational abilities, as well as the capacity to influence others.
- Use of multimedia components in instructional design and production of technology-based instructional content for a broad range of academic areas.
- Basic understanding of business and management concepts as they apply to strategic planning, resource allocation, human resource modeling, and leadership style.
